Entities seem to be made of some glass-like material and shatter upon experiencing physical trauma, including enemies and the player's character. Superhot has stylized minimalistic graphics, consisting of all-white backgrounds, all-black usable objects and all-red enemies. Superhot: Mind Control Delete seems to simply follow a hopelessly addicted Superhot player, possibly taking place after the events of the first game. The second game, Supherhot VR, seems to follow a different perspective, in which the player is guided by a benevolent force to destroy the system instead of submitting to it although, that might all be a fabrication. At the end of the game, it succeeds, and the player uploads their mind into the system's core (represented by a red pyramid), becoming one of many other brainwashed victims who are now a part of the system. While the story seems rather cryptic, it eventually becomes clear that the game itself is a malevolent force that seeks to brainwash the player by making them addicted to playing Superhot. Superhot (officially stylized as SUPERHOT), also referred to as The System, is the eponymous main antagonistic force of the psychological first-person shooter game Superhot and its following installments.
